1. Tell us about your business. We go over your hours, services, service area, common questions, and how you like appointments booked.
2. We set Kai up. Kai runs on GoHighLevel and connects to your calendar and contact list. Your calls can forward to Kai all the time, after hours, or only when you miss them.
3. Kai answers. Kai greets callers by your business name, says it's an AI assistant, answers common questions, gets the caller's details, and books the appointment.
4. You get the summary. After each call you get a text or email summary, and urgent calls can be sent to your phone.
